By accessing or using TriedIt DIY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of content you create and publish on TriedIt DIY (projects, reviews, images). By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Content must not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain harmful material.
TriedIt DIY offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per the policies of the payment provider (Stripe for web, Apple App Store or Google Play Store for mobile).
Room Preview and HandyBot are AI-powered features that provide suggestions and visualizations. Results are approximate and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Projects may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers. Purchases through these links are subject to the retailer's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.
TriedIt DIY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from DIY projects attempted using information from this platform. Always follow proper safety precautions when undertaking DIY projects.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
